Edit: thank you for the response and I was shocked as well because it's never been that extreme and I thought it was odd. I do appreciate the response and trying to make it right for me. Back to 5 stars! You guys are awesome! I come in here several times a month to get kratom for the last 2 years but lately everytime I get a kilo of kratom I find hair in it and it's more and more everytime. I just got another kilo and if I keep finding it I will no longer buy from this location. I know sometimes kratom can have stringy leaf parts in it where it wasnt grinded up enough but what I am finding is definitely hair. Other then that recently happening it's a great store and polite staff.

Came in from out of town for holidays, this store has really good product available. Different than your head shop products you can find on every street corner. Potent and effective. A little higher priced, but you get what you pay for. Worth spending a few extra dollars for something legit. Will come back next time in Wichita. Staff was friendly and informative. 5 stars from me.
