Edit: thank you for the response and I was shocked as well because it's never been that extreme and I thought it was odd. I do appreciate the response and trying to make it right for me. Back to 5 stars! You guys are awesome! I come in here several times a month to get kratom for the last 2 years but lately everytime I get a kilo of kratom I find hair in it and it's more and more everytime. I just got another kilo and if I keep finding it I will no longer buy from this location. I know sometimes kratom can have stringy leaf parts in it where it wasnt grinded up enough but what I am finding is definitely hair. Other then that recently happening it's a great store and polite staff.
